1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

• Gift cards and downloadable software.

4. Return Process

• Contact us at infor@ssfinaction.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.

• For other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
